Shipping & Returns

We assume that you are completely satisfied with your Swash® order. If your order nevertheless fails to meet your expectations, you have the right* to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without specifying reasons. The only condition for this, Swash® packages must not be open or tampered with. After cancellation, you then have 14 days to return your order to us. We will then ensure that you receive the full order amount back from us promptly (within 14 days after the return registration). The costs of return shipment are at your own expense.
