You can send back Swash® products within 30 days after delivery. We will refund the amount paid for the product. Transportation costs (both ways) need to be paid by the customer.

Swash® Bathing products, Swash Perineum products, Swash® Refreshing Wipes need to be used within 48 hours.
In general, yes, on babies older than 3 months.
The following products are safe to use on babies younger than 3 months:

Swash® Cleansing Wipes
No, Swash® contains Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, and Tocopherol (Vitamin E). If it is used correctly (8 gloves, one per body part – on both sides), these substances will reduce the dehydration and care for the skin.
Swash® products can be used cold and warmed up. If a warm product is desired, a microwave needs to be used.
Swash® will be thrown away in the garbage, NOT in the toilet or in the throne sink because of the danger of blockage!
Swash® production facilities are located in Heerlen, on the German-Dutch border. Production takes place in a clean room environment (class 6).
No, Swash® is pigment-, soap- and alcohol-free.
Yes, Swash® bathing products can be used for this purpose. The wiping direction should be from the outside to the nose.
